This policy covers EcoVigyan and EcoVigyan Lite (the "apps"), operated by EcoVigyan. It explains what we collect, why, and how you can delete it.

What we collect

• Account details — name, username, email address, and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile photo. Used to identify you and let you sign in.
• Photos you submit — images of mushroom sightings you capture in the app, stored via Cloudinary.
• Location — the precise latitude/longitude recorded automatically when you capture a sighting. Used to place your sighting on the map and is stored with the submission.

How we use it

Solely to operate the apps: authenticating you, displaying your submissions and points, and showing approved sightings to other users on the map. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Data deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (profile, submissions, and points history) at any time from the app's Profile screen, or by visiting this page — no login required to find out how.
